Commissions can be reposted with credit only by the commissioner of the specific piece (or person the commission was a gift to)

The way AI "art" is created is deeply unethical and straight up theft. AI engines use images with no care or concern about their origin and copyright of the pieces, once an engine processes the images no amount of revoking consent of use will make it remove them from its trained memory.

Just because there is no legislation to protect visual artists, like there is to protect musicians, it doesn't mean it is morally right to allow companies and opportunists to make money off our hard work via AI.

AI will never replace human artists and it is actively evolving off our backs.
